"My daughter and I went to Ballou's yesterday to celebrate National Wine Day, since Ballou's is one of our favorite go-to places. We love the cheese and crabmeat fondue, the meat and cheese boards that can be created to one's liking, and the wine flights, of course! The atmosphere is casual and inviting, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. Ballou's is definitely one of our favorite restaurants!"

"The family went on Friday evening (two adult, two children in the ages of 9 and 10) and loved it! eating was just delicious. natalie our server was friendly and helpful. we haven't tried any pizza we'll do soon since everyone runs. we had the Sunday dinner for two (more than enough for the 4 of us - we almost went home, but it was too good it is a medley of chicken parm, auberginenparm, meatballs, sausages and pasta. the sauce was delicious, like everything on the plate. all for $26 and it came with two salates. we started with an appetizer of fried mozzarella that came hot and covered in the same wonderful sauce. it is a BYOB place, so we will surely bring our favorite wine back next - which will be very soon! so glad that this place came to the shoreline!"
