"Went today with a friend to their 7 Loftus Lane shop for Banh mi for the crackling pork roll. Sad to say, not served as per their advertised picture, ie no fresh coriander and only has 1 tiny strip of cucumber with loads of carrot. Felt let down from the last visit at the original store."

"We waited 25 minutes for two bowls of pho. Tables arriving after us were served well before us whilst the service staff stood around chatting. No one cared. No one bothered to explain what was happening and no one cared that we left without eating....We won’t be back and can not recommend this sloppy attempt at service when there is so much competition nearby."

"I had heard a lot about this restaurant, and everyone said how great it was, but the service really left everything else down. it was difficult to place an order, to catch a coworker to order more drinks or get water and at the end it went elsewhere for a drink. the meal times were left to fall on the table with little explanation (if we did not ask) and we had no warning when the meal was finished when the communication was terrible."
