"Food and service were fantastic! We had reservations for 7 pm, and it kinda seemed like they weren’t prepared for us. They sat us next to a very loud large party. Our table had metal patio chairs for seating, while you could clearly see that the padded interior chairs were all used for the large party."

"Me and my wife love it here. Food is great but one small problem with one of the waitresses. We get the same waitress almost everytime we go and we just receive terrible service from her. She's rude and she's slow to get our drinks everytime. We love Ray's. We love the food. The owner is incredible. But this particular waitress makes us not want to go. I'll get her name and update this review when I do. Food: 5"

"There doesn’t seem to be enough staff for the ordering counter As there is a small waiting period where people can change their mind and walk out if they don’t feel like waiting. Also they need to check the tickets and make sure all the food is included when given out including condiments. My order Did not have all the food items so I had to go back and pick it up. However the employee helping me was very apologetic and understanding. But it seems to me the main problem for feedback purposes is not enough staff for the workload present."
