"Great pizza with a nighty base and very well homemade gelato. 16 inch cakes sell for about $20 (plain for $16). They have a large number of pizza options, including gluten-free (also sell by disk), calzone, subs, wraps, pasta, salads, appetizers and desserts. The prices are generally decent for the portions and the waiting times are decent for full cakes (3 piers take 30 minutes). Their crust is rather dry and thick instead of the typical crispy, especially for the special pears. The simple and other regular were just a bit thicker than the regular New York pane. I liked the chicken parm most, although the level and margherita were not far behind. The vanilla bean and chocolate hazelnut gelato were really good. They could see the actual vanilla bean and hazelnuts in each and both were smooth with great taste."

"We were a party of 20 and the service was fabulous. The food was fantastic. Can't wait to go back! In any case, a must go to Nyack. A beautiful view of the parking lot had a little to wish, but it was a busy Saturday and Nyack so it is to be expected."

"Terrible experience overall. We had an 8pm reservation. The man who approached up was dressed so casually (track suit or similar) that I thought he was a bar patron, not an employee. We were seated quickly and out waiter greeted us in a timely fashion and we ordered drinks. After a long wait another server came over to take our drink order. We told her we already placed our drink order. “I’m going to be your server now and I don’t know what you like!’ “But we already ordered. “ “But I’m your new server and I don’t know what you like.” “Do you mean a food order?” “No I mean a drink order. I’m your server and I don’t know what you like.” So we ordered our drinks again. Then several minutes later the guy who took our initial drink order came back to our table without our drinks and asked if we were ready to order our food. Now exasperated I told him that someone else said she was our server now and took our drink order again and recommended he go talk to her. Then I added that we would just have our drinks and then go elsewhere. After another 10 minute wait with no drinks in sight, we walked out. It was like an alternate universe in there. There was one other new table in our half of the restaurant and about five tables that were already eating. There were many open tables. It was not even remotely busy for a Saturday night at 8pm. Had been there once when they first opened and I liked it. Only upside to the entire experience is that in our rush to leave my boyfriend left his phone on the table. We did not realize this until much later that night when we got home. To my amazement when he went back the next day they had it and gave it them. So there’s that. Went to Velo instead and had a lovely meal served by Andrew who made us forget the unpleasantness that had transpired."
