"I ordered a prime rib steak, it was on sale. When I received it I was absolutely stunned at how much grissel was on the meat and I ordered it medium and they served me a very well done steak. When I showed it to the waiter he refered it to the so-called manager, and he came over and told me (all of em are like that) I said over cooked too? He said I will get you a porter house steak, I said I don't like porter house steaks so just give me my money back!. He returned a few minutes later with a raw steak and said see! They are all full of grissel. I said give a refund and write down the phone number of your superior, manager, etc he gave me $8.00 even which is .60 cent less than I paid for the steak. I than asked for the correct refund amount and he threatend to call the police. My expectations were this: if you can not produce a peice of meat that's eatible than upgrade it to a regular prime rib, do not downgrade it to a porter house steak. Never bring the customer a piece of raw eat and belittle the firm by trying to prove the resturaunt has no other prime rib steak of a more suitable condition. Always upgrade! Never offer a hamburger to replace a steak! And never threaten to call the police to resolve a dispute over food quality! And never refuse to supply one's manager's name and number."

"This is the Italian Restaurant you want to try. The Italian offerings on the menu are delicious. The pizza is great! Cozy Italian atmosphere makes your dining experience that much better. "The Cottage is wonderful! It's one of those places where they can bring you anything and you'll love it. Their fries, are the best I've ever had. The club sandwich, to die. Their lasagna and garlic knots, unreal! The Grandpa's Pizza is the best pizza I've ever had. The antipasto salad is incredible. Their breakfasts are amazing as well. Pancakes, biscuits and gravy, all delicious. (It must also be noted that their Ranch is the best ranch ever also for dipping pizza or fries)."
