"The carpaccio was like biting into a lemon, couldn't taste the steak, capers, olive oil or anything.Straight lemon! And for a restaraunt that is supposedly upscale , the staff was waaay underdressed , skimpy outfits on some and sloppy sundress on another... although they were very friendly but was not impressed considering the raves my friend gave me about this place, apparently it's been awhile for him."

"I don’t write restaurant reviews often, but this place needs a warning label. Good location, cool vibe, decent service, but bad food. I am hesitant to call restaurants out because tastes vary, but I feel justified here. Our table of four had cheese tortellini, pepperoni pizza, crab cakes, and a linguini with meatballs. Nobody at our table finished their food and we all came in hungry. The tortellini was drowned in a béchamel sauce that was closer to paste than food. The risotto served with the crab cakes was crunchy. Overall, it’s just not good food. I saw another review that claimed Olive Garden had better food, and I think that is a fair assessment. I would not eat at this restaurant again."

"Came here yesterday for my birthday and anniversary dinner. Food was great and the place was clean and well maintained. Our server was the best server I've ever had, anywhere. He was so friendly and patient with us, he told other staff why we werethere and they congratulated us as well. Seriously, I didn't get his name but the guy with the face tattoo is doing the absolutemost. ???????? He's really putting a great look out there for Russo's and I'm definitely coming back; the staff here isexcellent."
