"Everything was great, not have been in a sizzler in years, but was not disappointed, really enjoyed our meal, we probably ordered more than we should have by having the salatable at our meal times and the bar no longer with chicken wings (but nuggets instead) other than eating was delicious, and our waitress was great! did our drinks get full?"

"I didnt know the deli had changed locations. I hadn't been to OWD in decades but I was in the area and in desperate need to lift my spirits. I googled it and sure enough I found the new location (new to me at least), and I just had flashes of going to the one in Puente Hills when I was little and really missing that location. I thought of my mom and my Italian godmother (God rest both of their souls) who lived around the corner and some good ol honestly cooking. I ordered capicola, artichokes, meatball sandwich, a wedding cookie, super soft bread, cannolis, oh and some spicy Italian sausages ... I figured was in heaven, might as well carry on the joy for a few days, eh?"

"Waited 40 minutes for a small pizza. When I opened the box and pulled a slice out I noticed the bottom of the pizza was burnt. First and last time here. The cashier did apologize, I don’t blame the staff. Just upset that I waited longer than needed and if I had not asked them for my order I would still be waiting. I was already really disappointed, then I saw the pizza crust was burnt at the bottom and it bummed us out. The pizza was for my little nephew and niece. They couldn’t even eat it."

"What a disappointment. this is not the first time or the second time. not even the third time, this is the fourth and last time. from rude fellow workers, command to run wrongly out of brot. we finally stumbled that the camel broke back. we will no longer protect this place. only waste time. the owner has only 3 more in close proximity to this place, that I am aware, but could be more. We talked to him a few times at all these events. this situation is secure with the eastland shopping center subway. even if the name on the marquee can look the same. what goes inside and behind the counter is completely different. just remember that they will consume their purchase. make sure they get what they pay."
