"Food The hash brown casserole is great! Otherwise, food was bland but if you're a person like myself. who doesn't eat salt and/ or much seasoning this can be great. Environment I don't visit Cracker Barrel that often because the Environment is still awkward. In a time of inclusivity I'm surprised they haven't opted to reinvent themselves with a name that is more comfortable for everyone. Furthermore, inside there is sayings about prejudice and segregation. It's just not a comfortable feel. They should catch up with the current times."

"This is probably one of the best places in Jacksonville to eat. They are only open for breakfast and lunch. 7am-2pm. The food is incredible. I heard about it from people I work with but then also saw it on Guy's Diners, Drive In's and Dives. It's a small little building with just a row of booths and a few tables in the middle. Be prepared to wait. We got there at around 10:50am to wait for lunch and still had to wait about 15-20 minutes but it's worth it. The is completely affordable but bring an appetite. I shared with my 3 year old and still had a take out box overflowing with food to take home. The Pittsburgh salad and meatloaf are by far the best. The salad has french fries and blue cheese crumbles if that can tell you how amazing it is. I'm not a big meatloaf person but it was so moist but also had a little crunch. Plus the red mashed potatoes and the still warm french bread they serve with it. If they served dinner I would be back waiting in line. Want comfort food? Look no further than the amazing Metro diner. I can't wait to try breakfast and make sure to ask about the daily specials."

"The commercials all say for around $10 but that's without a drink. With a drink and tax it's more like $13 and some change. I would much rather have a sit down meal for $13 then to see people gorge themselves on poor quality food. If you stop and actually think about what your eating, you'll realize it doesn't look as good as it does on the commercial. It doesn't taste like much of anything either. Plus no one should eat as much food as that either. I mean I saw people making 5-8 trips back and forth. Quality is better than quantity. Remember that."

"The atmosphere was inviting, location was great at the end of the Riverwalk and I had hopes but I was quite disappointed. I ordered a Ribeye steak and for a $40 steak, I expected much better. It had no seasoning and was just covered in mushroom gravy. It was cooked as I asked but with no flavor, it just didn 't appease to me. Also, it came with seasonal veggies and mashed potatoes. Both bland, no flavor. There was a party upstairs playing VERY loud music that was distracting. Our server (luckily can 't remember his name) greeted our table by telling us how busy he was and if we needed anything to just 'holler '. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming by far. We even had to ask for bread plates after he brought our bread out after sitting there for about 15 minutes. Food came in a reasonable amount of time as to be expected. My daughter had pasta and husband had Jambalaya. Both said their meal was just 'okay '. Expected much more from this location. Won 't be coming back."

"Miller's Ale House created a challenge burger for March Madness and you can win a hat if you finish the plate! Luckily, I hadn't eaten anything all day because this burger is a monster with an entire meal, sans dessert, between its buns. My strategy was to eat the apps, zingers and mozzarella sticks, First, and then tackle the burger. I was sluggish for the rest of the day, but this meal was delicious. The marinara and zinger sauce was an interesting combination. Try it, if you dare"
