"A group of 11 people we visited this place for dinner. From the moment we walked in we were greeted as long time friends and felt very comfortable. The decor reminds you a little bit copenhagen and NOMA but more casual. The owners are enthusiastic...about their work and qre very keen to take you through a gastronomic experience. We shared several starters that all were very inspiring. The salad, sausages, trout, cous cous are some of the starters that stood out for originality, passion for food and taste. Switzerland is famous for its soups, but the soup here is something trully memorable. It is a statement on gastronomy and perfection. The artichoke hearts with dips was an amazi g touch and something that i will cherish for a long time. A big pan of grilled prawns marinated in rosemary, lemon and garlic alongside the argentinian entrecote grilled to perfection were the final touches. The meat was succulent ! Desert was a fresh touch of passion fruit sorbet with a chocolate gateaux. The wine list is very interesting and comprehensive and can suit several budgets. This place has put Arosa on the gastronomic map of switzerland and its a good reason to visit Arosa just for Bullrian. Qudos to this amazing project and looking forward to go back soon. Solotsopa"
