"I recently visited this cafe and had a mixed experience with the food and beverages. While the cafe had its highlights, there were certain aspects that left me underwhelmed. Let 's start with the beverages. The orange juice, priced at $8, seemed overpriced considering it was similar to what you can find in a supermarket for a fraction of the cost. Additionally, the taste was not exceptional and had a somewhat artificial flavor. The mango smoothie was meh, nothing extraordinary. The latte lacked that special touch to make it stand out. On the other hand, the mocha was described too strong, but that 's purely a matter of personal preference. Moving on to the food, The Big Vegetarian Breakfast left much to be desired. The tomatoes were sad, and the mushrooms were bland, resulting in an overall underwhelming experience. Despite some dishes being visually appealing, this particular dish didn 't offer much in terms of taste. It was also mentioned that the portion size was not sufficient for a big breakfast. The haloumi, beetroot relish, sautéed spinach, and warm focaccia combination was decent. However, the Eggs Benedict was average and messy to eat, although this could be expected from a dish like Eggs Benedict. There’s not much to say about the chips, they tasted great but the serving size was a bit small. It 's worth noting that while the food didn 't impress, the customer service at La Bottega Café was impeccable. The waitress created a welcoming atmosphere, and the manager was friendly and outgoing. Additionally, the cafe is dog-friendly, which adds to its charm. The cafe creates a visually pleasing atmosphere, especially on sunny days when the natural light floods the space. "Tasty food, pretty decent sizes. The chicken plate and sweet potato chips were exceptionally good. Would have preferred the lamb dish to have some dip or sauce. Kept bread separate so it was gluten free. A bit cold with all the doors open, only one small cup of water each and the fork was quite bent. Not clear if it was table or counter service and no one walking around checking everything was fine. Bit on the more expensive side for what it was but tasty nonetheless."

"Great food, nice ambiance and lovely service. My mum and I shared the chilli crab linguine and the handmade provencale gnocchi, both were amazing. So much flavour, I was in heaven!! Service from Isha was friendly and warm, she made the experience very enjoyable. Will definitely be back to try more things."

"Great local spot to chill out and enjoy great coffee and fresh food. The simit was delicious with pastrami. The Turkish breakfast was fresh and generous portion. Had ample sweets to perk us up. Avo on toast was delicious and loaded. The takeaway bread was also fabulous"

"Stopped by on a rainy night with my friend because we wouldn’t want to search around in the cold any further, and we found exactly what we wanted, a plate of dinner special! Service was good, we really liked the buttery mash, very hearty for a cold night like this."
