"At our 2 visits this Italian restaurant has been well presented in all areas, not very well. The friendliness of the partly somewhat tense three-looking waiters: good. The ambience: good for the price. As long as it fits from the temperatures, I guess it's an outside table. The portion sizes as well as the quality of food: also good. Especially the freshness of the ingredients surprised us positively. The PLV: good with easy deduction. "The name fish temple is truly chosen for this restaurant located directly on the pier of the Travemünder Fischer. Shortly the distance between food products and processors can hardly be. The culinary focus of the menu is certainly not to be explained in more detail: everything other than fish and seafood is fed up and a few more North German classics would be a disappointment. On the other hand, during my visit I was tempted by a meal from the daily offer: the “filled octopus with salad and bread”. As mentioned above, I wanted to make a change from garlic to a black bread, which was also done without price change. Filled otopods with salad and black bread. To this end, a garlic dressing could be portioned according to its own gusto (fortunately: for the octopods already delivered more than enough of its aroma. The black bread was a convenience product, but also not as homemade, and therefore acceptable. This daily dish hit with 14.5 € to beech. "It seems very common that most Italian restaurants use the same masterprint on their menus because they are all too interchangeable with the same pasta, pizza and antipasti arsenal. The hotel is located directly on the Trave in Travemünde, but in September 2018, Casa Grande had given me the hope of enjoying Mediterranean cuisine in a variety of forms, only in a view of the seasonal map of the recommendations of the house. The restaurant, which extends over several levels of its own modern villa, can be called a giant compared to many rather small Trattoria. The full glazing leads to a beautiful natural illumination on the day. On the ground floor there is also a free seat. The restaurant is furnished with modern furniture and numerous wine bottle shelves are beautifully decorated. A “original Italian” flair may seem less likely to come for which the hip-hop music in the background did not exactly contribute, but it is easy to eat here anyway. The regular menu is based, of course, on the famous and usual Italian offer in Germany. But as mentioned, the special card of the House's recommendation was an interesting addition to me. I wanted to try the scallops on Red Bete-Carpaccio with truffle foam. Climbing on Red-Bete-Carpaccio with truffle foam The shells were very small specimens. A little more cordiality and openness, as the Italians actually know, would have been desirable. In my eyes, Casa Grande does not really differ qualitatively from the standard Italians mentioned at the outset. Especially the location and ambience appear to be added at the prices."
