"Went looking for something close and in walking distance to the Park Hilton and we found this little gem. At fist we were a not quite sure as the cuisine is Greek / Italian - a combination one does not encounter every day.All we can say is that they do both and do it extremely well.We sat outside, almost full with lots of families and groups, definite feel of a locals place.Started with mixed greek appetisers from the menu, good portions, super bread and a nice mix of tastes and flavors.We both ordered main courses from the blackboard and we were not disappointed, Grilled octopus over a large salad was the bargain of the week whilst the Biffeki was of generous size, there were fresh lightly grilled veggies on the side and potatoes that seemed to have roasted to the point of melting on the tongue.We did the white (Greek) house wine which was perfect and the mineral water was ice cold.Best of all, the prices are more than fair, the service was good, the garden was relaxing and my only complaint was leaving Munich this morning so we could not go back.Next trip......"

"Outside, a classic Munich beer garden, on the grounds of Schloss Fürstenried, with a beautiful park all around. Inside, two elegant rooms. For those with kids, a pretty nice play area. The restaurant was a tip from a friend; we don't live in Munich, and it's fairly far from city center. But it was easy to reach on our way to Autobahn A8 towards Stuttgart. I've only been to the restaurant part--once inside, once outside. The beer garden, we've been assured by our friends, has some of the best beer garden staples, all made right on the premises. The restaurant is not particularly expensive (main courses were AFAIR between 12 and 20 Euro), but the quality of the food is excellent. On one of my visits, I had some of the best lamb I've had recently. On another, I had a truly excellent steak (which is not exactly typical of Germany). Other members of our group had calf liver, asparagus with pork medallions, duck--and everybody said it was excellent. They have a good selection of draft beer; there's also a rather extensive wine menu, but we didn't try any."

"While staying at the nearby Novotel, we stumbled upon this out-of-the way gem just sitting in its own building all alone in a big empty space adjacent to Arnulf's Park and surrounded by apartment complexes. Authentic Italian, not crowded at all and very quiet on...this cold and rainy night but from the pile of chairs and umbrellas, I'd love to visit again on a sunny day or a nice evening. Friendly, the antipasti generous, the pastas tasty and cooked to perfection and a calzone that tasted like the real deal in a small Italian village pizzeria! Recommended!!"
