"Casa Santo Origen is a one of a kind hotel. Upon first entering the hotel grounds, I was taken away by the landscape, architecture, and Spanish modern decor. If you’re looking for a place to relax away from the city noise and hustle, look no further. Between lounging by the pool during the day and then sitting by a fire a night, there is always a spot to comfortably sip your coffee or mezcal! The Mediterranean food that the restaurant is refreshing, and exquisite. We enjoyed sampling tacos during the day in downtown Oaxaca, and then feasting on a wonderful filet or seafood paella at the hotel for dinner. Also, I saw other reviews mention that the coffee at the hotel was not good. I couldn’t disagree more. There’s nothing I consumed at the restaurant that I wouldn’t recommend. The staff is also very friendly. Guys like Jobe are welcoming and helpful. A good number of their staff speaks English, so don’t fret if your Spanish isn’t anywhere near fluent. The only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars in my review is because I thought for the price you pay, the hotel perks could be enhanced. For instance, a turn down service would be a welcomed, expected addition. Or perhaps even a shuttle that runs a few times per day between San Felipe and the city center. Or a the happy hour before dinner with select drinks and snacks for guests to enjoy. Other 5 star hotels seem to have those luxurious amenities. Nonetheless, I would return to Casa Santo Origen in a heart beat!"

"Este restaurante especialista en carnes pero con otras ofertas gastronómicas , de entrada están las empanadas , cortes de carnes y pizzas en horno rústico , el bife angosto que es un New York buenísimo , el filete de vacío excelente y los especiales del chef que no te puedes perder atún en costra de Jamaica muy bueno y el atún da Vinci que es encostra de almendras muy buenos y cómo postre el flan napolitano muy pero muy.bueno"
