"Just happened to stumble upon La Gabacha when we couldn't get in to another restaurant without reservations. What an amazing experience. Fantastic ambiance, food accompanied by great live music. Truly a highlight of our stay in San Jose del Cabo. Ask for Marina, she provided us with top notch service and was a huge part of the overall amazing experience. I'd probably recommend an evening visit to enjoy a drink by the open fire before or after dinner. Empanadas were delicious, as were the ribs, surf and turf and flan Napolitano. Prices very reasonable and portions large.Do yourself a favour and don't miss out on this one!!!!"

"That was terrible. the ceviche tostadas sounded good in the concept, but some of the taste combinations were very strange and everything was over salt. salat was dressed over and the beginning of the day was over boiled and blande. Do not make any mistake that this area is a tourist zone and in a stripe bad eating (sadly) this is worse than bad. we were very disappointed as we hoped for a simple local kitchen as a change of pace from our overpriced underwhelming hotel price."
