"Until a few years ago my wife and I have been here more often, but for health reasons this is unfortunately (almost not possible anymore and we have therefore used the delivery service in recent years. Unfortunately, this Taverna Hellas has gradually left behind in recent years as regards the quality of food. This restaurant, as well as 80 90% of the rest of D's gastronomy, is obviously increasingly relying on prefabricated industrial food from large companies such as Metro Konarten. In particular, the very expensive cold or warm appetizer plates now consist almost or completely only of canned fraß, which becomes increasingly low quality. There is nothing more self-made or home-made and comes only from cans, glasses, bags, canisters, TK chest etc., which unfortunately you also taste when you still know the previous quality of 10, 15 years ago. Too bad. The amiente in the restaurant itself is of course typical Greek, as it would be expected as a tour. There is also a separate smoker area with 6 (or 8? tables for 4 people each. The staff is very nice and often or i.d. there is also an ouzo on the house after dinner."

"We have reserved a table for our wedding day over open table and found the place and especially the food so great that we will be back next night! Absolutely recommended restaurant! Nice staff, delicious food and the atmosphere romatic-satisfied! We will come back to the next Berlin visit! PS: Very dog-friendly restaurant!"

"Joooooooaaa would best express my opinion on this restaurant. I can't really comprehend the strongly negative appreciations, as the foods have a good price-performance ratio. However, the food didn't blow me off the stool, as you say. I was here two times before, once it was quite delicious and once average. The service is always quite friendly and works quickly. However, neither the music (a little Greek music could not harm), nor the air that is unfortunately somewhat worse by the many smokers fits into a successful evening. In addition, as has often been mentioned here, the wine card is a little small, but I always like to go here in the early evening, where not so much is left."

"We headed straight for the Samos Restaurant on the first evening after checking into our hotel, as it was essentially just next door. We could not have been happier. The flavours, the dishes, the friendliness of the staff and especially the unfailing ouzo shots in between dishes, all contrived and managed to transport us magically to Greece itself. Over our short, three day stay in Berlin, we made a point of squeezing in at least another visit. Well done, Samos!"

"This Greek, family-run restaurant is an excellent place that serves authentic Greek cuisine to very cheap trips. the starters range from €3 €5 and net from €12 €24. lamb and mutton, as well as garnel, fish, huhn and pig are cooked in souvlaki, chips, steaks and bakers. the parts are large the €12 moussaka was at least a 1kg dish! tzatziki and kartoffelmaische are loaded with tons of garlic! service was also fast and friendly. the appetizers of tzatziki, garlic potatoes, baked paprika, lambskin, moussaka, brot, baked kartoffel and three bee came all to €54, and the restaurant threw free ouzo between the starts and the main and small cake at the end. highly recommended!"
