If you are gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, nut-free, this is the ice cream cafe where you can eat anything and everything and, wow, is it lovely? Yes! If you are none of those things this is still an amazing ice cream cafe. There is a crazy wide range of flavours and toppings including fresh fruits and biscuits pieces. "Stumbled upon this tavern and it didn't disappoint. What a crazy place! A beer drinkers paradise with a few cocktails thrown into the mix. Food served as well, small menu, but was good. The decor was mad as seen in the photos. Staff very helpful and polite. Would recommend a visit."

"Once we went to the restaurant, we had a really good reception from the receptionist, at the door. We sat at the table and a waiter asked us for drinks we ordered and waited. We had to hunt on the Franciacorta when they didn't come here for a while. Service was great, we were served all the time by this super friendly Italian manager/head waiter, I suppose. The food is exceptional! Soooo good! We ordered 2 starters, 1 primo, 1 secondo and they brought the Primo first to share, and the second to share what was "not what we had expected, but we were fine with it. It could just be good to check if you want them to share at the same time. The timing between the courts was also short! I would personally prefer more space between meals and not feel rushed or overwhelmed by eating. Again, the food is exceptional and the service is as great as you can expect! Scallops and 'nduja were my favorite! Pasta with truffle is more a truffle with pasta! You wouldn't expect such a generous part of the truffles upstairs! That was brilliant! The desserts, tiramisu is a must! and it lives up to any expectations, but the panettone (which it was kindly offered by the chief waiter who served us??? was probably on the most pampering desserts I had recently! 8.5 out of 10 only so we leave some wigs room for smaller fine tuning and continue to deliver exceptional service! "Having been a big Scalini fan over the years, both London and Dubai I was truly disappointed with today’s trip. The food was not as it used to be. Minestrone soup was tasteless, the rest was very average but the biggest disappointment was the service....When we told the older gentleman with the beard who has been there for many years that our experience wasn’t at it usually was he was hugely disinterested, quite rude and rolled his eyes as he walked off. Used to be the best Italian in London…. Shame."
