"The portions are copied for reasonable prices compared to what can be found elsewhere (sashimi slices were thick). Hot dishes like gyozas and nems seem to have been bought and frozen, so not the best taste unfortunately. Possibility to eat on the terrace when it is beautiful, which is very pleasant!"

"Depuis quelques temps nous étions tentés par ce restaurant : sans gluten, sans lactose, enfin bref, sans aucun allergène, ce qui était une grande envie pour des intolérants comme nous... Alors que dire : un accueil adorable, la serveuse est vraiment très agréable et chaleureuse, un petit bonheur ! Le menu est à 23€ pour trois plats (entrée, plat, dessert) et autant dire que ce n'est pas excessivement cher pour les quantités et la qualité. Ce fut très très bon ! La salade de magret délicieuse et en quantité généreuse, la pintade délicieuse et ses accompagnements très bien cuisinés, et le dessert de qualité ! Le petit + : le pain sans gluten! à la farine de quinoa ou à la farine de chataigne. Nous étions un peu dubitatifs car habitués aux pains sans gluten lourds et indigestes : mais que nenni ! Ils étaient bons et frais (nous sommes repartis avec des petits pains pour la semaine), et les pains sont généreusement re-servis au cours du repas. Enfin bref, nous reviendrons très vite et avec plaisir, ce fut un régal et un très bon moment !"

"This is our first time eating here as it is right beside the apartment from where we rented so it was very convenient. Lots of people all dining on Rue Maronniers as there are at least 12 restaurants along this short little street. We wanted to try the restaurant at the beginning of this street as they served moules et frites but they were no longer accepting diners for lunch by 2:15pm. Hence, we went right next door to Chez M'man. Formule...appy, main, and dessert all for 15 euros plus a pitcher of house wine for 10 euros. I found the house wine pitcher over priced. Food was good...we had the salade lyonnaise which was endive, croutons, and egg. Then we had the andouillette sausage which was very good. It came with some scalloped potatoes, spinach souffle, and tomato. Good portion as one of the main was shared between us. Then for dessert, we had the praline tarte, specialty of Lyon, it was a bright red sticky pie with nuts but extremely sweet...but good. Their lemon meringue pie was excellent and good size but again overly sweet, imho. Service was very good....many servers spoke English quite well. We would go again for its food...formule at 15 euros but will not order the house wine again."
