"The food at this restaurant was quite amazing. Very flavorful and beautifully presented. I could definitely see some Asian influences which was great . Some particular standouts were 1 the pickled oyster, 2 bone marrow flan ? , 3 artichoke and oyster mushrooms with black truffle on top, and 4 cod tripe and sea urchin. Symphonies of flavors is what I’d describe the food! The service was warm and attentive. There was one Asian server who normally worked as a cook but worked front house on that day who did an amazing job explaining the dishes and chatted with me about how the different dishes were prepared. I went with wines by the glass. And the selections were pretty good. A Pinot noir from Valencia Spain was a surprising standout. Despite its relatively high ABV I believe 14% for a pinot, it was very elegant"
