"...we should not say it, but it has to be said here is a 1 star Michelin restaurant with prices you would find nowhere in France! Inventive, intense innovative cuisine in a sobre, comfortable ambiance. When you are tortured by too high wine prices in chic restaurants in France, Germany and elsewhere here you have a unique wine menu (all the wines come from Galician appelations) with prices between 15 to 25 euros. And a spontaneous glass of good wine in between for 3. euros !! Apropos wine : the sommelier is a real professional..and still nice and human. By the way, the whole crew is busy in the open kitchen, we counted 9 persons all in. Don't miss this fabulous experience! Have a soak in the thermal waters before,for example in As Burgas (ten minutes walk to the NOVA restaurant), for free. Again : big compliments to this restaurant and its philosophie!"
