"What a sad, pathetic disappointment.... Firstly, you are prompted to tip as you order, long before your order shows up. It is like, they got your money and tip, the quality of food/drink no longer matters. Ordered a Red Cherry Mousse drink and the Seafood sampler. No one came to see how things were, in fact ... they made us come up to the counter to pick-up our order, while customers of similar ethnic background, their orders were brought to their table. The seafood sample, don't do it, not worth it. No flavor of the sea at all. The only flavor came from the sweet chili sauce. The Red Cherry Mousse... absolutely no flavor at all. As for the Mousse, more like whipcream from the frozen section at a grocery store. Did not even have 1/4 of the drink. Plus they want you to put your own dishes away. Which is fine, but why tip, for ZERO customer service. Don't waste your time, definitely NOT worth the trip to Cochrane. Sadly disappointed"

"I have always enjoyed a good bubble tea but Yaya Tea honestly was the most delicious treat yourself snack/drink of 2020 (and 2021 to be honest). My sister and I have dubbed Fridays to be Boba Friday so obviously we order that but more recently we 've been trying out the various for options and yup I definitely recommend you to grab some too!"

"Our local Starbucks was out of soy so we moved our mobile order here. Nice walkup mobile order window! But the coffee wasn 't great. Wife 's quad was watery, for the second time now. My 'extra dry ' cappuccino was more like a no-foam latte. If you 're not going to do what I ask, maybe don 't let me customize it?"

"Slowest starbucks. There is always a long line and always so many people waiting for their drinks. I've never seen more than one person taking orders and one or two people making drinks. For a busy location, its totally not worth waiting for 30 minutes just to get an overpriced drink. I'd rather go to target and get something there. Shame in starbucks"

"I have been here about 6 times in the last year and a half, and I can easily say this is the best hot pot restaurant I've been too between all the states I've traveled. No matter the time you will get great food and service, the sauce bar is amazing, the broths are savoury, all the ingredients are quality. I'm usually a small eater, but I will eat seconds or even thirds here. I haven't tried the BBQ but it looks fantastic. Also can I just say Zheng is the funniest and most accomadating waiter/server I've had in Staten Island. He is great to be around. Definitely go here if you have the chance."
