"A charming romantic taverna. The chef is very skilful at producing simply cooked authentic Italian food. The risotto Alla Vongole e asparachi was perfectly executed as was the chateaubriand to follow. Wine list has some real gems, Sassicaia 2001 was sensational. The staff are charming...too. A must visit"

"The restaurant of this excellent three star hotel is simple, unpretentious with good service a reasonable set menu which changes daily and a more elaborate à la carte menu. Nothing brilliant and nothing lousy. We always sat outside at one of the quite large stone tables on the patio. Service is good and friendly."

"A beautiful restaurant overlooking the water! The maître d' came out and translated the menu for us and then recommended certain elements for us to try, including a white merlot similar to a Pinot Grigio and lemon and Pesto Risotto with shrimp... as a main dish. Our party of four loved the appetizers, the goat cheese served on a hot rock and dipped with olive oil, divine! There were many seats and we never felt rushed. This is more of an Italian inspired menu, as it is still close to the Italian border."
