"Went because it wasn’t packed. Now I know why. Although very friendly at first, once I said my steak wasn’t how I ordered it, the vibe definitely changed. I ordered the 22oz porterhouse medium rare. What I got was a ~16oz thin sliced steak that was well done. We had already been seated for a bit and the server asked if I wanted them to cook another. So it was either wait and hope to get it right and my wife eats alone or a cold steak when mine was done. So I said no it would probably take too long. Boom. Nothing else was said other than if we needed a Togo box. We received zero refills. Had to ask for every little thing from napkins to steak sauce for my overcooked steak. I feel of you buy a $30+ steak, it should be what you ordered. No offer to make it right except to wait longer and hope and pray. Thanks for making our anniversary memorable Logan’s. Also the margarita is watered down pretty good. The steak queso dip was delicious (chips were not great, burnt and hard) as was my wife’s ribeye that looked bigger and better than mine."
