"I stepped into this place one night while staying near the Hauptbahnof. Was going to get carry out but decided to sit down and have a beer and relax. Everything started great as they sat me down with a menu and the food arrived quite quickly even though there was a fairly large party already seated. Really enjoyed the pizza. Perfect Euro style pie. Excellent taste. Another large party of locals came in and the restaurant seemed to cater to this group. But after about twenty minutes my beer was gone and I thought for sure I would have another but the waiter never came. Finished the pie with nothing to drink and waited for my check, and waited, and waited. Finally I virtually had to trip up the waiter to get him to stop. No apologies from him or anything. He was so focused on the one group it was if I myself and several other customers who came in after me were not there. The bartender came out and took their orders. Paid my check and left. Just a weird experience. Not sure why Americans can't get decent service in Deutschland in a restaurant but it seems to happen continuously on my journeys. ."
