"I've been to several chop't locations and while this one had excellent service, some observations made me knock a couple stars off. The person who helped me took great pride in his job. He was friendly, attentive and a good listener. He made my salad well and with care. My experience with him alone gets five stars out of five. But other employees were running around putting together lots of orders which normally is fine. However, one employee was haphazardly putting together online orders, and the ingredients this person was using flew all over the place, into the other ingredients and all over the counters. As someone with food sensitivities, this is concerning. For this, I docked 2 stars, and am hesitant to come back to this location."
