"Had a very lovely dinner at Fireproof on a Sunday night with some friends. The ambience is classy and is a fairly large space. The menu is mainly small shareable plates but in all honesty a fairly good portion for most of the dishes. To start off with the drinks, the old fashioned is very good, comes to the table and poured with smoke. I had the shishito capirnha drink which was good as well. We pretty much tried all the appetizers and vegetarian section so I'll highlight my faves in those areas. The baba ghanoush was fantastic. Served with warm pita the dip is so tasty. The sautéed mushrooms were cooked well and very flavorful. The vegan cauliflower dish has a coconut milk Asian flavor and was great. The artichoke was average. The potatoes were good The lamb meatballs were tasty and a good size portion The absolute star of the night was the pork belly. Cooked fantastically with a good crisp on the outside, the sauce on it was not overpowering. Service was very good. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. Overall a very good meal!"

"Manager was very rude. Our entire party was ready to be seated but they wouldn’t seat us. I asked several times if we could be seated especially since my 91 year old grandmother was present and the manger just walked away. When we finally were seated we were taken to a dark corner of the restaurant were we could barely see each other let along the menu. It seems the manger had an issue with us and we were put in a corner and forgot about. We had to ask several times for our drinks or more water. This was my daughters 16th birthday dinner and the reservation was made well in advance. We had been to this restaurant a few times before and didn’t expect this type of service. Such a disappointment."

"So the food was really good. Unfortunately, the air is broken and it was 90 degrees on the day went so just prepare yourselves.Also, this may not be an issue for some guests but I find it unprofessional. Several servers were just on their phones even sitting together at a table. Its a little unsettling, especially if you are waiting on your drink and your server is hanging out with their friends."

"I freaking love this street corn! The ladies who run this food truck as awesome, friendly and funny. I always get the hot Cheetos elotes in a cup and it's delicious. Super full cup and perfect temp. Sometimes the parking can be annoying but it's white center, what can you do ??. Worth the trip though."
