"I’ve been searching high and low for YEARS to find the best Sicilian pie in Baltimore. Sorry, Matthew’s. It’s Mario’s for me! The crust is always crispy on the bottom and perfectly chewy on top. Their service is fast—I can usually order, get in the car, and 20 min later when I arrive, my beautiful sausage and mushroom pie is waiting for me hot and ready. They also have authentic NYC style garlic knots which are hard to find, and a delicious selection of desserts. The price for the deep dish pie is worth it. Be sure and tip them well!"

"There was hair in my food and the manager (Mr. Kelly I am not sure of he is actually a manager at all) provided horrible customer service! I purchased a meal in the drive thru and discovered a chunk of hair in the first bite of my taco! I turned my vehicle around and walked to the counter and asked for a manager who was seemingly too busy to assist. There was one customer ahead of me, one walking out of the door, and one person in the drive thru. I asked for a refund, and Mr. Kelly nonchalantly said ok. I asked if he wanted to know why, and hesitantly he inquired. Once I informed him of the hair in my food, he processed a return but on the receipt the incorrect account number printed. After displaying a lack of concern of hair in a customers food, I asked for the corporate number. Mr. Kelly Told me that he didn't have it, or a pen to write it down, andinstructed me to look up the corporate number instead of providing it or having the manager contact me. He walked away several times during the conversation and shrugged his shoulders multiple times as if he didn't care about my experience. Then informed me to complete a survey printed on my receipt when it would count against the initial cashier that processed my transaction. Usually I do not publicly complain on any business, but I am livid about my entire experience!!!"

"The kiosk either didn't communicate my guacamole and white hot ranch sauce on the extra select items over to the servers and associates or they mistakenly missed that part of my order. Who knows? I should have checked my bag which is something I certainly almost never do??"

"Friendly service, friendly crowd, selection of bottled cold beers, good fries, ordered chicken quesadillas (note: I am used to a pico spicy/hot salsa with my quesadillas but this experience was a bland/neutral although I tried to improvise), charming atmosphere, TVs by the bar, clean bathrooms. Parking can be a challenge if you arrive too much after 5pm."

"Do not go here unless they want a poor taco bell experience. I wanted to go through. outside was piled with food and dumped under the pick-up window and the entry was sown, I would have seen it before the order. the burrito supreme combo, which was a baptism of ingredients was not evenly distributed without attention to its assembly. a sloppy mess lacked the bark that was literally thrown into the pocket. I believe now that it is not even the “supreme” and just a bean-slop-burrito. the taco was okay. a bean-burrito, taco and drink for $9.53 have the wrong change back, but not complained because the cash was nice. in sight laugh probably only about me because she knew the command was wrong. I wish I had taken pictures. they skip that."

"I've been supporting this establishment since 2020 and I can't say anything negative......except that they don't have Reubens and Rachels on the menu. Other than that, they're a bang-up establishment. The subs are wonderful, the milkshakes are great and the mozzarella sticks are THE GO GO (battered beats breaded).The only thing I would suggest for the subs is to toast the bread and season the fries because the subs are filled and the bread as it currently is doesn't have a chance. But still damn-good.They will satisfy."
