"I ordered 2 taco packs but when i looked inside there were only 11 on one of my orders. I asked to get one more taco and i got it. That one taco was good but all the others tasted like they been sitting there a while. Food not so good."

"Our favorite Mexican restaurant. We live in Huber hts and go there when ever we can. My sister comes from Centerville to go with us that’s like 50 minutes away. My other sister lives in Riverside and comes to go with us with a 35 min. drive Rueben the owner is a super guy. We make it a party. Love love this place"

"Was just here and the drive through worker was disrespectful. They forgot to hand me my drinks and I drive forward and the driver behind me instantly pulls forward so I cannot reverse. I say to worker I need my drinks so I pull up to the front door and its locked they look at me and don't even open the door. So I drive around and pull up to the speaker and tell the worker they forgot my drink and I'm not trying to wait behind 3 cars. He says to pull up and they made me wait in the car with my food no drinks in the line. Get to the window and the worker says my bad the driver in front of you took long to pay. Just couldn't believe you couldn't bring my drinks out or ask the other drivers to pull ahead. 1 star service they didn't even give me any sauce after asking 3 times. Must be low quality employees"

"I am disgusted, disappointed, and all-around displeased with this location. I have a bad allergy to fresh cheese, milk, creams, and yogurts. I placed an order through doordash, I customized my order to reflect this allergy. (Yes I can eat a dorito shell and get away without a serious reaction) however when I placed my order for the crunchwrap box, I had noticed that restaurant was not accepting any notations in the box provided that I could add that I had an allergy, so I selected contact me , to be proactive I even attempted to call the location to make sure they knew. Well, of course the phone just rang about 20 times then hung up with a click... defeated all I could do was hope they did it right when it was delivered. Nope not at all, my dorito taco was covered in cheese and my frozen drink arrived 2/3 's full....I am noting that I paid extra for both items. I tried calling the restaurant again, but again no answer. I am livid. Had I not seen the cheese I would have had an extremely bad reaction. This is NOT okay, if people click no cheese on all their options it should be a giveaway that they have an allergy being that the restaurant does not allow you to add in any comments to your order.This is not the first time Tacobell has disregarded my allergy, and it doesn 't matter if the order is placed in person, via drive through, or through the app. Each time I have to go through every item if I am in person to verify that the order is correct, and 90% of the time it is not. This has also happened at the tacobell location in North Greenbush and Latham. I never plan to ever order from TacoBell again. Clearly, their staff does not care about the impact certain foods have on individuals. Not only is this concerning but hazardous. I do not recommend this location or any Tacobell for that matter if you have an allergy.Dietary restrictions: They do not pay attention nor do they answer the phone, and I feel they couldn 't care less if someone has an allergic reaction as t long as they get their paychecks."

"I had delicious pizza here. my favorite is with speck, meatballs and sausages, so yummy! many toppings. the prices are reasonable, the people who take phone orders are always polite and professional and the drivers are always pleasant and personal. it is all a victorious! to maintain the great work!"
