"Always great customer service at this point. Staff are super nice, friendly and accommodating. My reviews are for you to go light on the salad. A little more meat, less salad. My biggest concern, however, is not the food, but the many destructive pots, omg!, the food is good, minus the uneven amounts of salad, but the food is definitely not worth the hundreds of dollars that it costs to repair my car due to the many drive by pots. I'll be back to this place as soon as everything's fixed."

"I would rate this place a zero if possible. We have eaten in many chipotle restaurants and have never seen anything like this horrible place. First of all it is so filthy and disgusting I can’t believe we even stayed but we were starving! All the tables were dirty and I guess they just expect you to eat on dirty tables because we never saw anyone make an effort to clean them and this was 2:15 pm well after the lunch crowd. Also the drink bar looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or even just wiped down in at least a week. Unfortunately I think this is standard procedure for this place. It was the same first time we went there but we decide to try a second time as we really like chipotle! SAME!! When my husband asked for the manager she was totally rude and completely dissed him by just turning and walking away. Then when he spoke to her in our way out she acted like she didn’t even hear him. Not to mention the fact that chipotle is known for giving good helpings of food and our bowls were lacking especially on chicken and cold and the chips were awful and cold greasy. The guacamole was the only good things. This place is a big negative!!! Don’t waste your time."

"I literally saw the manager and another employee chasing a door out of the load that cursed her because they refused to give her food. she called this woman out of her name and lit her. you should never hunt someone out of the load, much less on the road than the lady went clear. I also saw how they freaked them out on the load. all of this before my children. very unprofessional and the female manager should be fired definitiw. I'm not gonna eat there until she's fired."

"The food was good but I realized so much Mexican food with beef is just unseasoned boiled hamburger. The only difference between my beef burrito and beef enchilada was the wrapper and both contained the same unseasoned boiled hamburger covered with the same sauce. Otherwise the beer and chips were good."

"The Oasis had been in Raton for 70 years for a reason. This amazing little diner has been our go to stopping place in Raton for 20 years. We plan our trip to visit family in CO so we can make it in time for breakfast at the Oasis. My great aunt and uncle lived in Raton for over 65 years of their lives together and introduced us to it. If you haven't experienced a new Mexican green chili breakfast burrito from Oasis... you are missing out one of life's few remaining luxuries. This is comfort food at its finest."
