"The service is always wonderful. Unfortunately they have just been understaffed for a while. I completely understand if it takes a while to get my order out. I work in customer service, myself and I've seen these employees cry over rude customers. If people can't be patient with other businesses being under staffed then they shouldn't go out. Karen's and Kyle's: go cook for yourself and stop picking on service employees. Taco bell, I completely understand and thank you for being my go to when I'm doing my homework for college."

"We are not from the area, just passing through, and my husband is a huge steak guy. So we had to stop by Ranchers Steakhouse and while the wait staff was very welcome and sweet the environment was clean nice the food fell short for us tonight. My husband got the 8oz sirloin, mashed potatoes, and Mac n cheese. I got the catfish baked potato, and the only thing either of us really enjoyed was the potatoes. Although, I was very impressed by their options at their salad bar options on their Kids Menu. Overall, it was a good experience. The food was just just average for us."

"I drank shrimp, and this place filled the desire. We started with chips and salsa. The chips were warm and the salsa had just enough bite to make it perfect. We added Salsa con queso, but it was really just a yellow cheese sauce and left a little to wish. There was no salsa in or heat on it. It's been good with my tacos. I ended up with two tacos that were more than enough to fill me with the chips and salsa appetizer. We sat long enough to make room for fried ice. I remember asking my mother to buy it for me when I was a child and I was excited to see it on the menu. Unfortunately, it didn't live to my memories. I can't blame the restaurant because I haven't had it for so long. It was good - just not as good as I remembered being. This place will be on my list next visit to Gatesville. There were a lot of things I would like to try from their menu and the staff was so pleasant that it negates a mild salsa con queso."
