"I actually stopped going to pollo Loco because I went to a party where it was catered by Pollo Loco, and the rice and beans were horrible, and some pieces of the chicken were overdone. I really like the recipe of sauce they use on the chicken. I don 't know what it is but it 's a different taste. My mom suggested Pollo Loco, and I told her about my experience with them. She talked me into it, and said, this one is different...their food is good at my local franchise. And she was right! The food was great...the chicken pieces were perfect with that same sauce... the coleslaw, beans and corn were great...did not have rice, so do not know about that...the corn and flour tortillas were great...the chips and guacamole were good, although they need to make the guacamole containers a bit bigger. Ask for extra. Not too badly priced for the family meal. I ended up going another night with my brother. The $5 bowl meal is a good budget meal, tasty and filling, plus you get a free chips and guacamole for signing up on their app. Just redeem the reward. So I 'm giving Pollo Loco another chance."

"Waited a bit, but because we had a party of 9. They had us seated not to long after. They have a good special for single person including drink starts at 10.99 14.99. Not the best bathrooms but clean enough to go number 2 if needed. Waiters were great aswell as hostees. Food always a bit more salty here, but that's just the way it is. Good drunk options. Probably come back in thenear future."

"Extra star for the fact that it is 24 hours and right next to two bars. How convenient is this?! Very. Maybe another star for the fact that I am usually poisoned when I eat here, and this fat homestyle Mexican food meets the bullseye under such circumstances. ya, his typical Fast Food Mexi joint, but not like this crap Del Taco. At 2:00 a.m. after the bartender literally has the pool stick out of your fingers, confiscated your beer, and booted you out of the door of your dive, you can lick on to Alberto’s to lick your wounds and chow on Carnitas Nachos (LOADED with a mountain of Carnitas) and a Chorizo Burrito (Alls egg, sausage, cheese and cheese and cheese and cheese). We ate, went out, laughed until 3:30 and this place still had a steady flow of people who came in or hang out. If they only had a billiard table and beer. Apparently, a late night after faro vodka, I seem to have polished a whole carnitas afteros on my own. The next day I was looking for my usual left, and I was told I ate everything in one night before. No way."

"Located on historic route 66 in Glendora the white with blue trim caught my eye. It is counter service. Had a bevy of delicious tacos and a fish ceviche tostada. Coating on the fried seafood was a little dense, almost corndog-ish but flavorful. Grilled fish was light and flakey. The pastor and carnitas were really well seasoned and very deliciously flavorful. The ceviche was cut consistent in size so the distribution of fish and veggies worked really well. They do use what seemed to be fresh grilled tortillas and a lot of cabbage on all the tacos. I was not used to so much cabbage on meat tacos but it made them feel healthier and gave a freshness that usually is not achieved with the usual onions and cilantro fare. I should have asked for some limes and fresh salsa but I really didn't miss them. Tuesday meat tacos were on special and wed fish tacos are on special according to the back entrance reader board. Parking can be a little squiffy but there are a couple spots including ADA spots behind the building and possibly accepted in the adjacent buildings. There is indoor and outdoor seating though the outdoor seating is just off Route 66 which can be a little noisy. Overall, I would recommend and would probably eat a lot more tacos there again if I was in the area. The only real concern was the amount of meat on the tacos. It did seem a little sparse and kind of got lost in the cabbage."

"Angelo is my way to breakfast drive thru. The prices are good and the food is delicious. I would like to give them a star for throwing off their very tasty gravy, but that doesn't seem fair with all the problems these days with the supply chain. Beat portion sizes what you will see in other places in the city, also (except on Fries The hat hits all there). A large selection, the lunch and dinner food options are also solid. The chickens Burrito, Cheeseburger and surprisingly strong pastrami sandwiches are also good bets. Enjoy!"
