"Surf and turf was 3 shreds of beef and 2 shrimp and all the rest rice, , and it was terrible and overpriced. Place used to be good 3 years ago. Not anymore. Server looked dazed and confused. Salsa tasted like you were eating a straight garlic bulb. Very disappointed, will not be going back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"ALWAYS ASK FOR ITEMIZED RECEIPTS BECAUSE THEY WILL DO AUTO GRATUITY EVEN ON A TABLE OF 4. Be aware this place charges 20% gratuity even on parties of 4. Always ask for an itemized bill because they will be sketchy about the auto gratuity. My crew(a group of 4 guys) went there on September 6, 2023. Juan was their server and failed to provide them with an itemized receipt. He only gave them a transaction receipt. They had to ask twice for it. My crew left $10 tip on top of the $12 Juan already charged them without telling them. I called to get clarification about the amount we were charged because the numbers didn't add up to the amount of food they ordered. And she said their menus state that gratuity is included on a table of 4 plp. She agreed to refund the extra $10 my crew gave the server because of “Miscommunication.”Management really needs to check on their employees. This is why people stop going to places like this because of their shady tactics. I hope they change this shady behavior. "We visited the restaurant at 12pm on Sunday. The store had just opened at 11a. The restaurant did not look like it had been cleaned from the night prior. The trash cans were overflowing with trash, all the tables were dirty with dried food on the tables and trash on the floor. The front entrance door was full of greasy hand prints all over the glass. The lady at register constantly on her phone had plenty of time to clean up the restaurant. We stood in line and watched at the lady at the register take orders and the go handle food. No washing hands or gloves. To say the least we did not eat there and will never come back again. KFC/Taco bell you need to clean up your act. That was terrible!!"

"Food was good not great. Getting out of the parking lot turning left was challenging. The rice was pumpkin orange. Never seen that color rice before. I would eat there again, but honestly, there are better choices."
