"Today I found that my Queensadilla lacked a bunch of ingredients and the veggie bowl was made sloppily. I get the staff to be busy when there are many commands and things rushed, but I would have expected a more complete meal. It was disappointing."

"I am very impressed by the staff and management at this location. I visited my daughter today at IUP. We went to this chipotle for lunch. I'm gluten intolerance. I'll be very sick if I suck in everything that has gluten in. So, unnecessary to say, I don't eat very often. When I let them know that I was intolerant of gluten, all the staff at the front line took off their gloves, washed their hands and put on new gloves. In addition, for each of the things I wanted, they changed the utensils that was in it. They didn't give me the cheese or salad that was on the bowl on the counter, they gave it to me from an unused garbage! I am very grateful for all who work there! It was obvious that they were trained on how to deal with people with food allergies! Thank you!"
