"Used to love the Livonia location on Newburgh but we are done going there. The last couple times, horrible service, food was not good, and the place look very messy. My wife and I couldn't even finish our food it was that bad. The shrimp and chicken were tough and rubbery. My wife was told that they had zero dressing for her salad. The staff was rude and and disinterested in even being there. I am assuming this is why they leave the lights off on the dining area. We though they might be closed and I am sure others assume the same. There's a Chipotle down the road. Going there next time."

"I’ve been eating at Osteria Pronto regularly since it opened. The new OP Italian has literally left a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt I’ll ever be back. No free bread, the menu has changed, along with the flavors of the food. The prices have increase, but the food hasn’t. Very sad to see one of my favorite restaurants take a turn towards the wrong direction."

"I don’t know how this place is rated 4 stars. Maybe for convenience? Order a number 5 and then said 1 second I’m looking at the menu, I will need more food. The dumbo over the speaker, said no we need your order now, I said okay give me 1 second, I need to look at your menu, this isn’t even 5 seconds after I say that, he says. We need you to complete your order now? Like I don’t eat at your ran down business because of the service and the quality of the food, and the moment I finally bring my self to get some food and spend $60+ I can’t take 1-2 minutes to order?? I wasn’t even at the window for 30 seconds, and ole boy was like we need your order now you can’t look at our menu, smh."
