"<br/>First time at this Take Away. With my wife and ordered a large Chicken Burrito. Paid for this and mate deal Chips and a Coke. the Burrito was and only got a coke for the extra No chips. Others did not get their chips. Queried as to where the chips were and got a BS answer from a young one. Not coming back. first and last"

"Renee at Apple Store was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and the couple minor things she didn't know she found out. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly to help me narrow down my choice to best fit my needs and budget. Very helpful to compare products to ensure I'd get the one I'd be happy with. I'm not sure if asking for a particular assistant is even possible at Apple, but give it a try! Make an appointment before shopping."

"Really disappointed. We hadn't been in a while and were looking forward to seeing the new refurb and menu. The food was cold and portions a lot smaller than before. Queues for drinks were long but I suppose they were busy due to it being close to Xmas. Staff don't seem as friendly as before either."

"We have had meals here on many occasions by ourselves or with friends and every time without fail they stuff something up. On top of that they always, ALWAYS, serve our food and coffee cold. We empahsise that we want our coffee extra hot, tell them twice when we order and they are always warm at best and 9 times out of 10 the food is cold. Call us stupid for going back but we keep hoping they will do better and we like to support our locals, but no more. Happened again this morning, cold soggy food and cold coffees. Such a shame because the staff are nice. I don't like writing reviews but it is warranted now."

"The young lady who served us deserves a BIG FAT PAY RISE...pleasant, attentive and always smiling. Made you feel valued as a customer. Not just doing her job she went above and beyond. I tried to tip her but she politely refused. Thank you for a pleasant evening out for dinner. I fly back to NZ next week so may pop in again before I go.
