"The food was great but the service really lacked. But only seemed to be our server. Other servers were attentive and efficient. But I’m rating our experience specifically and it was lacking. Seated at a dirty table we waited until it finally got wiped. Ignored for the first 5 minutes. She brought chips and salsa no napkins or silverware. Our waitress asked us what we would like to drink. Brought us our drinks then asked what we would like to eat. We told her you haven’t given us the menus yet. In the meantime, we watched others get excellent service. After finally getting menus and ordering, our food came but we had no silverware. As she was walking away we said we don’t have silverware or napkins. Our waitress never checked back with us. However we could hear the other 2 servers asking their costumers how was their food. When we flagged her down for a soda, it was forgotten and we had to flag her down again. Most of the attention we got was from other servers. Ours disappeared for long periods in the back while we saw the others successfully juggling phone orders and dine-in orders without an issue.It may seem unfair to judge the entire place by our server but that was our specific experience. The rating would have been lower had it not been for the other servers trying to fill the gaps and the quality of the food."

"I needed an ice cream cake for my grandson. Only 3 were available in their case which I could only see through the window because you're not allowed in the store. 2 were pink so only the purple and blue would do. I used a $50 gift card for the $34 small cake, and I found out later $40.80 was used. At home cutting the cake after the candles were removed the flowers just fell off with every cut!I returned to the store to complain but the manager denied the overage of payment and couldn't care less if the flowers fell off the cake leaving a big purple mess. I was so upset with myself. I should've just went to Carvel 100 times better!"

"My place, if I want Mexican, their enchiladas are very good, margaritas and cold beer, yum! portions are large and the warm, crispy chips are free. vero and sebastian standorte are convenient for me."

"The food is okay, the chicken seems watery sometimes. The biggest concern for this restaurant is the pricing. I order two chicken burritos with rice and beans at least once every two weeks. The last three times I have ordered the price has changed, $25 then $27 and now I was charged $29 for the last visit. I asked why the price keeps increasing and the girl states that the prices change all the time. However, the menus in the restaurant show the old pricing still. The menu states chicken burritos are $10.99. I ask why the restaurant doesn’t update the pricing for the customers and she walked away. I don’t think I will be going back. I can get better food with chips and salsa included at El Tapitios or Ay Jalisco for less money."

"The supervisor's service was horrible, disrespectful, lack of customer service, to the point that he told us that if we did not want to return we would not return, a restaurant is based on its customers and that is not the way to treat it, his position shows that It is because his sister-in-law is the owner, as he himself told us, he wanted to impose an exaggerated tip on us and it was mandatory to pay whatever he said. What a shame people like that make good places go bad."
