"It was Mom's birthday I made a reservation and made a special request. Upon arrival, the hostess did not wait for my reservation. We quickly became a table, not in the best position. Various servers would drop the articles on the table and then get rid of them, so it was difficult to communicate or ask questions for sauces, water, etc. After several attempts, I was able to send the server that our final order about the celebration of a birthday, we ordered Dessert and a group came by to sing happy birthday. It was a funny gesture, but they put a hat on my brother's head and started singing. We were disappointed because it was the wrong person at the table. I had specifically indicated my mother's name in our reservation the purpose of booking together with the special requests. Later I received an e-mail that I missed my reservation, so obviously the hostess got everything wrong from the beginning and ruined the entire plan and reservation. No complaints about eating it was okay and overall it is a fun restaurant. However, communication was definitely a problem."

"Really tasty coffee with free wifi, tables, and nice aesthetic. Although the seating is a little limited, it is a great place to sit down to study, talk, or relax. They also have food, smoothies, and milkshakes. Will definitely go back."

"Typical American Pub style cuisine, with a focus on their vast selection of beer. Both draught and bottles. Got the ribeye steak, asked for it to be prepared medium rare. And it was so. And the steak was sumptuous. Crispy onions and stout butter adorned the top of the cut. I chose to pair my entree with a saison. From DuPont, a brewery in Belgium, it was a light, tart refreshing brew to swill whilst enjoying my meal. Sarah was a wonderfully attentive and helpful server. Definitely will be back!"

"Ate at Max during CT Eats Week. It was a Sunday night and the restaurant was active but not noisy. Our server, Ryan, was attentive, but not overbearing. The cocktails, apps, and special menu items (arctic char and scallops) were excellent, as were the desserts. We heard the CT Eats special was extended for an extra week and would recommend it highly!"

"I visited Milk Craft for the first time and the service was not so great. The employees were very unorganized and screaming at each other, orders were everywhere, the line was ridiculously long, etc. I ordered two articles and had to wait in another line and was told that they had to be paid separately, as the girl would not allow us to pay for the articles together. When my husband got his ice cream, I had mines."
