"This restaurant in the Food Hall in the Mega Fashion Mall is pretty good. <br> <br> The best we had was patata con carne, a great starter. Oven baked beef fajitas was good. Mex-Pollo was disappointing as the chicken was bland and oily. Pasta Verde was just fine. <br>"

"The nachos were generous in serving. The melty cheese, chopped tomatoes, and beef cuts combined, chef’s kiss‍ . So good. I loved how they didn't use shredded meat. Most nachos that use shredded meat are a hit or miss for me; usually a miss when the meat isn't seasoned well leading to umay : Silantro used small cubed beef. Small but juicy and tender! Sorry there's no pic, we devoured it instantly before I could take a decent pic for my blog As for the tacos, we ordered the double meat of chicken and beef. Juicy and tender din Was so good I gobbled it in seconds. They had lamb as a meat option but unfortunately it was unavailable that time and yesterday, even if we went there earlier than last time . I think it’s best if you go early like lunchtime or call in to check if they have it available that day. But above the two things we ordered, the commendable stars were the white and green sauces. The white sauce was garlic. I inherently like garlic so it's an automatic like for me. I’m not sure what the green sauce was; I thought it was like a guac in liquid form, but it tastes like cucumber. Great nonetheless since it balances out the savoriness of everything else. The darker green was just the spicy version. Out of all the restos in Kapitolyo, Silantro definitely stands out— with the line of cars it's hard to miss. Overall, the socmed postings were worth the hype in trying!"

"My 2 friends and I went to Gringo half past 1pm for a late lunch. We ordered the spicy chicken half sized with 3 sides (Mexican rice and garlic mushroom), and the cheese truffle quesadillas. We were excited given the good reviews from friends, but 50 minutes in and we still haven't had our ordered food. The waiter assigned to our table is apologized and said there was some problem in the kitchen. Wrong. The group of people who came in later than us behind our table was served before us. I had to call in the manager's attention to expedite our food. It was served except for the wrong side dishes.<br> <br> The food was great. It was savory and spicy. But the service was very poor. The waiter apologized but the manager did not even apologize to us. Disappointing first time. It may be an outlier because everyone except us was served on time, but if I were to crave Gringo's food I'll try the other branches instead and hope for better service."

"I seldom try Mexican restaurants because most just disappoints me. However, Moe’s was an exemption. Their food was ok and did not disappoint. Some I liked, like the chili con, and some made me think that I should've tried something else off their menu. <br> <br> Ambience – 5/5<br> <br> Service – 4/5<br> <br> Food Recommendations:&nbsp;<br> <br> Nachos – 3/5<br> Just your normal nachos. But not so normal when dipped with Moe’s yummy Chili Con Carne.<br> <br> Chili Con Carne – 4/5<br> One of the best chili con that I have tried. It can be paired with almost all of their food item in the menu.<br> <br> Enchilada – 4/5<br> Soft tortilla covered with enchilada sauce, and stuffed with grilled onions, grilled bell peppers, and ground pork. It’s just like taco, but soft.<br> <br> Mojito – 3.5/5<br> Tequila Sunrise – 3/5<br> Long Island – 3/5<br> Their cocktails taste ok but it lacks the kick from alcohol. However, it’s good for long kwentuhan sessions with your friends.<br> <br> Other food that we tried: <br> <br> Buritto – 3.5/5 <br> Quesadilla – 3/5 <br> Taco – 3/5 <br> Pork Belly – 3.5/5<br> Chipotle Chicken – 4/5<br> Pork BBQ Ribs – 3/5<br> Mexican Pizza – 3/5<br> <br> Burrito + Taco (PhP 335.00)<br> Burrito + Nachos (PhP 265.00)<br> Burrito + Quesadilla (PhP 345.00)<br> Taco + Qusadilla (PhP 265.00)<br> Taco + Chili Con Carne (PhP 265.00) <br> 2 Taco Bundle (PhP 225.00)<br> Pork Belly (PhP 265.00)<br> Chipotle Chicken (PhP 265.00)<br> Pork BBQ Ribs (PhP 295.00)<br> Mexican Pizza (PhP 325.00)<br> Enchilada (PhP 325.00)<br> Tequila Sunrise (PhP 75.00 Glass, 275.00 Pitcher)<br> Mojito (PhP 75.00 Glass, 275.00 Pitcher)<br> Long Island (PhP 65.00 Glass, 275.00 Pitcher)"
