"We had dinner at Udon recently. The restaurant wasn’t busy. The food deserves better, it is really quite nice. It has Japanese roots, but it is broader than that and for instance the deserts are far more original than in Asian cuisines. The pace of serving the food is good, although the restaurant is rather empty so you can’t really tell. I was less impressed with the staff (apart from the cook): poor English (yes the same goes for my Spanish and Catalan) and I didn’t get the impression they were happy that we visited. Price quality is balanced."
