"I know the Ikea Ludwigsburg and Walldorf and I am on Tuesday 17.05.16 with my wife on the way back from the car town at Ikea in Kassel. On-line we ordered a showcase and tried to build up this crampy, which proved to be difficult because the supplied gratings for the glass floors were completely distorted and a side disc was somewhat more than 1mm too long. Finally, we realized that it is simply not possible to build the showcase with the deficiencies and then called Ikea Braunschweig again and give help. The answer from the incompetent employee was that the lockdown could not change and no complaint. Once after the lockdown, EVENTUELL would still be able to complain.
