"From the outside it didn't look busy inside at all on the Saturday afternoon that my friends and I walked in. We walked in and it was ALIVE. Staff maintained a careful balance between the register and the floor. It was a careful balancing act and I really admire that in any staff, especially the young woman behind the counter. Almost every table was full, it's a very lively social hub and folks were very kind to all of us weirdo punks from Michigan. We can't wait to return"

"Food was very good. Service was seriously lacking. The waitress was clearly disinterested. We both ordered pasta with shellfish and no bowls were given to put the shells in. We ended up taking he bread plates off a neighboring table for the shells. No Parmesan cheese or pepper were even offered and it took forever to get her back to the table so we could ask for it. Dessert menus were literally thrown on the table. We didn’t want dessert—it would have been nice if she said “would you like to look at a dessert menu?” We would have said “no thanks—just bring the check.” But we ended up having to wait another ten minutes for her to come back so we could ASK for the check. Again—the food was great. But there are so many places that offer great food AND great service. I won’t be back"

"I took my daughter here for brunch on her 21st birthday. It was my 1st time. We got there maybe 30-40 minutes before they were closing. When they sat us, the waitress made us aware that the kitchen would be closing in 20 minutes. They never once made us feel like we had to rush to eat our food, which was polite of them. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and made us feel very welcomed, which is appreciated greatly in these days and times... The only issue I had was the additional service fee that was added to the check. I wasn't sure what that was for, only because we don't have that in NJ, but I paid it anyway and tipped on top of that. I will definitely be returning."

"Sadly, we will not be back. We ordered online tonight and the order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. It took 15 minutes to get there, and after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, it had not even been entered into the stores system yet. Then I watched as one worker switched from mopping to preparing food without washing her hands. When I received my order, some of it was missing and I had to wait again for them to prepare it. When we finally sat down to eat, there was quite a bit of frozen unblended fruit in our bowls. I would be more understanding if it had been busy, or maybe even if an employee had indicated they knew I was there. Waiting over 25 minutes in the store after paying $45 for an order that was less than ideal was miserable."
