"A large snackbar serving a range of classical Syrian dishes for a reasonable price. Think of grilled lamb meat and tabboulleh. Food tastes great and portions are large enough. Service provided by the staff was friendly and correct. Beware as it's a cash only place....Recommended."

"My wife and I found Cafe Extrablatt when we first moved to Aachen. One of our first restaurant experiences. We frequently return for the weekend breakfast buffet. Other menu items are well prepared and of very high quality. It can be loud since it is a large open space but it is worth the experience. Great place to meet up with friends. Great location on he Markt in the center of Aachen. We highly recommend giving the Cafe Extrablatt a try!"
