"I 've eaten at this chain before but never this location. I 'm waiting around all day for a contractor to meet me so I 've been ordering drinks and snacks while I wait. Lunch was good. The drinks and snacks are good. Service and host staff has been 100% The reason I 'm giving 3 stars Instead if 5 is because while sitting at the bar, two managers walked by. It looked like maybe a district manager checking in on things. The junior manager, came by the bar and saw that the bartender marked off beer taps that were empty by putting cups over them. (I 'm my experience a very common practice. I guess to show off for the senior manager the junior manager declared I hate when you guys do this and pulled the paper cups off the tap handles and started throwing them down at the bar tenders feet. Now they 're just paper cups they won 't hurt anything, but it was very rude and disrespectful to the bartender (who has been very pleasant and kind The senior manager even seemed taken aback by this and suggested that maybe instead of the cups the bartender unscrew the tap handles so customers can see which ones are empty. I 've served tables before, bad customers happen but a mean spirited, disrespectful manager is the worst. This was in view of customers out front. I can only guess how he is back of house"
