"Visited this rooftop restaurant on a chilly night of January to experience fine dining in an open air ambience. Located on the Link road and with a large sign you can’t miss, Kasbah is one of kind experience around this vicinity. The place can be accessed by lift and you walk in to this brightly lit open place, regular tables to low level cushioned pillow seating are definitely a favorite pick for me. They have a upper deck as well which is dimly lit and an ideal place if you want to unwind and relax and binge on some hookah. We started off with couple of mocktails – “Virgin Mojito” “Fruit Punch” – Perfectly blended and refreshing in each sip! Moved to their long list of appetizers : You will be amazed on the plethora of options available in Veg Non Veg section in Mughlai Chinese! Gosht Lucknowi Seekh Peshawari Tikka Murgh Bharra Kebab The Lucknowi Seekh was a tad hard when it came to the texture but the flavors and taste was point, however the Peshawari tikka Murgh Bharra were extremely delectable and blended well with red spices. All 3 appetizers were served on a sizzling tray ensuring the food was hot till the last bite which was a commendable move considering the cold weather open air location. For our Mains : Again spoilt for choices here! Gosht Khada Masala : Thick brownish gravy rich in flavors of whole spices mixed with tomatoes burned onions with a mix of boneless bone pieces of well marinated mutton went well with the whole wheat roti rumaali roti we called for. The rumaali roti was probably one of the biggest we ever saw and a single one can be shared between 2 people easily. Murgh Kebsa Chilly Rice : We ordered only half a portion and were amazed with the portion size served – Can easily feed 3 4 people! Though a Mughlai dish this it had a Chinese twist coz of the infusion of Chilly sauce but flavored rice mixed along with chicken pieces and had a good dose of scrambled eggs as well. Ended our meal with a warm piece of “Shahi Tukda” soft bread pudding soaked in milk and topped with rich and creamy rabdi! We absolutely loved the ambiance of this place and winter is definitely the best time to visit if you love the open air feeling and as far as food goes this place will never disappoint you throughout the year. Service is quick and the staff is courteous and well aware! Our Host Mr. Bedrul was very efficient and made out dining time here smooth and quick!"
