"With ten of us coming in, we let the chef choose the menu for us, and were so glad we did. An Argentine/Spanish fusion with the odd eclectic bit tossed into the amazing salads and awesome lamb, pulled pork or enchiladas. Great service, good wine selection and terrific atmosphere, The Elk and Pea proves that Canberra eateries can have real soul and heart."

"Thank you for the excellent excellent service and food! Went in today for the freak shake I'd heard so much about. Saturday afternoon with four boys, 6 month, 5 years, 8 and 12 years. Although you were a chef down, you seated us promptly, found space for the pram, saw the desperation in my eyes when you told me it was a 30 min wait for food. You served me coffee and our freak shake in minutes keeping the boys at bay and food within ten minutes. Excellent chips and cheeseburgers kept kids and mum/ Aunty happy. Thank you so so much. Boys loves freak shakes. I loved you kind kind service!"

"Milk chocolate hot chocolate is good but only if you have one once a month, you can fill the sugar down your throat, but that’s just what milk hot chocolate is, but compare to kokoblack hot chocolates I rate this as 4/5, which is still acceptable, customer service is generally good, with girls engaged and make a quick chat unless they are busy. For winter in Canberra with 99% of shops closed, I’m so glad Oliver brown is open at nights and during the week"

"We have always enjoyed both lunch, where the lunch boxes are very tasty and good value, and dinner where the a la carte menu is terrific. Today we had the tempura udon soup and the chicken Katsu lunch boxes and both were great. The udon soup is a winter special and it was great. Highly recommend it.We love this restaurant and think that the lunch boxes are very good value."

"Coffee Lab is a straight up 5. This is hands down the best cafe I have ever eatenat. Every visit to Canberra I come here. The service is always excellent and very friendly. The food is excellent, the coffee is next level. I seriously cannot flaw a single thing. No matter if its busy or quiet its the same everytime. Baristas that know coffee and the 'no regrets' breakfast is the only thing you should order on your first visit. Seriously 3.5 on Zomato. Its a 5 all day everyday. No photo from me cause I dont wanna wait to hook in!"

"My husband and I had lunch at Chong Co Thai. The food was fresh and delicious, they have a unique lunch menu which you can choose from. You choose a rice/noodle, a sauce and what ever protein you would like and they make it for you. The normal menu is also available. The service was fast and friendly and the cost was very reasonable."
