"I have been negotiating much more than I had during my first visit to the cafe pillango. I chose this place to meet with a friend and a coffee lover! when we finished eating, baristas giovanna and lucelina arrived. they were very friendly and gracious. giovanna gave me a tour and answered all my asking. pride and care manifests in everything they say and do. the family is proud to deliver a superior product and go away to create a satisfying coffee experience. we were allowed to taste authentic kakao and roasted kakaobohnen. I also have coffee about Chemex method as well as a delicious latte that did not need sugar. after giovanni, heating the milk at the right temperature produces a sweeter product and reduces the need for added sweetener. it was perfect! the next day I returned to the caffe for a latte and a panini filled with cheese, pfefferoni and tomaten. they make their own brot. I also ordered a bag with fresh ground coffee. they can smell the kakao in their mix! I think I found my favorite barista here in comitan, chiapas! highly recommended!"
