"Had a great server and atmosphere was great! We enjoyed our family dinner there. However, wasn 't impressed with most of the food items we ordered.Hummus was 8/10 (amazing hummus, but fried pita was too oily)Fish Burger 7/10Wings 2/10 (overcooked and small)Mash potatoes (tasted old) 0/10Buffalo chicken poutine 0/10The biggest disappointment was indeed the poutine. After eating a few Fries from the top layer, we had to dig to find the rest of the ingredients. WAY TOO MUCH GRAVY. We were not impressed by the quality and taste of the spicy chicken either, that was on the poutine. Great presentation tho.We will definitely give OJs another go, however I would suggest coaching the servers on proper verbiage conveyed to the customer when ordering the poutine. Server and other customers have mentioned that they often get negative feedback from the amount of gravy on the poutine.The Fries, Wings, fish, pita chips were very oily. Fryer temp didn 't seem to be at the right temperature and cleanliness.We honestly felt bad about complaining about all those items, so we decided to just bring up the poutine to the server. Excellent guest recovery and understanding. Friendly server, however, 2 stars because of the food... For now"

"We discovered your restaurant last summer when I moved from Toronto, together with my son and his young family. I was used to having a local restaurant in my neighborhood, but I couldn't find anyone here....until I discovered the Mac Island complex! We went once and were blown away from all the experience: the location, view, ambience, food and personnel.... that makes 5 stars! Our 3 years old immediately declares their favorite destination! Recently we celebrated a birthday and again excellent service and delicious food, along with a beautiful view from the terrace. A scream after Ronald our server that is always so friendly and everything is perfect! It is our favorite place and the only restaurant we visited! Please stop it!"

"Hu serves some of the best pizzas and donairs in town. Hu's is not always open, but if you see his red cadillac parked in front, you know he is open. Once you become a regular, he will start making your order without even asking. Well recommended, especially for the lunch crowd."

"Typical McDonald's. Measure your order all the time. Today they forgot the drinks, Pommes, the coffees didn't mark. That would be great when I'm a diabetics. So we had to test them to find out what this is. I had to tell them literally what they always forget to give me to the counter. They're brutal in business and jumping over the court."

"Located downtown on the main drag I've grabbed a meal here a few times. Every time food delivery seems to be slower than any other A&W . No problems quality wise, the wait just seems unusual. This has been for eating in, maybe the drive thru is different. Breakfast would be my recommendation. Their burger quality seems lacking for the price. The place has always been clean. A choice more for convenience than quality. But that's to be expected, we're not talking fine dining. You'll get what you expect food wise maybe not so much time wise"

"Food was great. Our server Laurel was amazing. She was patient and very caring and always checked on us. Laurel is a great server and she was very attentive and always came to check on us and make sure everything was goood. I was super impressed with Laurel. Keep up the great work girl."

"Terrible service I requested our waitress to ask the kitchen staff if I could have a club wrap( they make on lunch menu) it was supper time. She came back and said they said no because there was no tortilla. I said oh does that mean I can not order the wrap you have on your supper menu? She said I am only the waitress they are a hired level then me so what they say goes! I was shocked at the attitude she had. We ordered more pop it took 20 minutes. I got my food asked for ketchup that was another 10 min. It was horrific to say the least. All you can eat ribs was 20 min in between asking for more."
