"We went here after my son’s graduation at the request of the graduate. We’d been here once before on a whim. For a chain restaurant in a shopping centre this place is really nice. Very busy decor presumably designed with the European customer in mind but so cheerful, colourful and lively. The welcome is fantastic and so is the food. Classic Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine but you can also have a version of steak and chips too so even more conservative eaters would be OK. The cost mounts up easily but we will still definitely eat here again"

"We have been going here since it opened and it seems that they are struggling to get or keep serving staff out front. New person every time and cannot do simple maths of adding the cost of two drinks together to put in the tap and pay machine. It’s still very lovely but with their prices going up and front of house constant changes, they can’t take their eye off the ball right now."

"I have visited all the cafes in and around Surbiton, this one is by far the best in the area. Friendly staff, ever so accommodating and the food is very good. There are lots and nice options for vegetarians too (my favourite is egg florentine or Spanish omelette . The coffee is great (I am a coffee snob and it’s not instant coffee the service is friendly and fast. I can’t recommend this cafe highly enough, if you fancy good food, good portions, clean environment, good and friendly service this is the place to be."

"Really friendly and attentive staff. The coffee and food/pastries are always really nice and unlike a lot of cafes when they're busy, the staff somehow keep the tables consistently neat and tidy no matter how many customers are in the building. The interior has a good amount of power sockets for a laptop worker such as myself, and I've found it's a great place to sit down and work if you need a place to focus. Would argue it's the best cafe in Surbiton, so fully recommend!"
