"My first visit to Pekoe Mellow was not disappointed. They serve a variety of teas, all with the option of non-dairy milk. The menu included many options including vegetarian and vegan curries, as well as gluten-free and sweet dishes. The staff was very familiar with ingredients on the menu. I had the lenses curry with Sri Lanka flat bread (Paradtha) and it was particularly delicious!! I'm looking forward to my next visit. Updated by previous rating on 2019-04-11"

"Lots of vegan options with plant-based meat. I didn’t have any food as every single option had chopped up cherry tomatoes in it, which I didn’t want to pick out if I was paying £7 for a sandwich! Paid £7 for a juice... Very nice place and great to see so many vegan options. (Is it all vegan? Just too expensive for everyday."

"This place is massive. they can pick up their favorite vegan soap (I love the olive branch) and then up to the plant café if they wish. definitiw a good place to stop when they find themselves shopping on oxford st."

"My new favourite coffee stop en route to the office. Tiny shop tucked away off the beaten track, but definitely worth seeking out. Friendly team, great flat white and delicious almond croissants. There are quite a few decent coffee options nearby, and this is one of the best."

"I am a customer of twg, since the current owners bardan, arpan and keto beat it about a year ago. they must have few words with them to see how they understand values of community, environmental responsibility and ethics. not to mention how friendly and friendly they are. they are learning, so while they started selling meat, milk and eggs, from their own customers and supporters, they were convinced to give up meat and fish and have now committed themselves to go completely vegan within two years. they are also very dedicated to becoming as close as possible to a zerowaste shop. plastic bags are already removed and are thrown with compostable, biodegradable and paper. twg offers unselling products free for local people in need and what is too ripe to eat will be the animals hosted in the local marion park. the products they sell are of better quality than those sold in large supermarkets (where fruits like cartoons taste) they are not organic yet, apart from the banans and other occasional items, but this is a lot to their roadmap. they can also contribute by asking them to go organic assap, please. they have an increasing number of other vegan foods, from milk to spreads etc. delivery is offered and they can even arrange to buy mass, probably save some good money as well. if they have a good idea, they are very happy to hear from them and want to work with the community to make this world a better place to live. please, these are the kind of business owners we need. go and support them even if you can buy only an organic banana!"
