"We just had a children’s birthday party at The Mug Tree Tea room and it was the most perfect location! Amazing service from Kathryn and her team, delicious food, and a lovely warm, cosy and relaxed environment. Couldn’t recommend them enough for any small gathering, parties, family do’s, or other celebrations! The food is so yummy and there’s an amazing selection too. I particularly recommend the Eton Mess Sundaes and Cream Teas . Thanks again for a wonderful time!"

"I am a profound Costa coffee customer, and I was excited about my usual order: vanille eis latte with mandelmilch and I was so upset with the drink. In view of the current times I didn't want to wait, so went to my car. and drove away and tried what the coldest coffee I ever bought. could only taste the milk."

"The man serving was overbearing, aggressive and rude, as others have found. He has obviously not grasped the concept of customer service. The cake was tasteless and dry, a point he agreed with when I pointed it out. The tea was served in a pot...labelled Tea Pigs but it most certainly wasn't it was cheap and flavourless. I asked for a glass of water and was refused, despite the fact that my partner and I had both bought drinks. When I used the WC I was appalled to find that the only means of drying my hands was a cotton towel a terrible idea in a pandemic. No doubt the owner will write an ascerbic reply to this, but, instead of an enjoyable visit, this outing spoiled my and my partner's afternoon."
