"Our top HK cafe style restaurant. Our friends drive 4 hours+ to come here. Every single dish we ordered was incredible yet reasonably priced. Aside from their famous pineapple buns, highly recommend the egg yolk shrimp. The pea shoots were some of thebest I've ever had. We will be paying a visit every time we're in MP!"

"A cute little tea shop with an incredible selection of authentic Chinese teas tucked into an out of the way shopping plaza. The woman at the register was very nice about answering our questions re: all their different offerings. Their osmanthus oolong is really excellent and has a delicate taste!"

"Great bakery! They usually buy the mantau, sponge cake, Chinese donut, sesame balls and the sesame flat Chinese donut there. mantau is a simple steamed brot. they come in white or white. love them both. they are moist and well freeze. Just make sure to steam the frozen when they want to eat them. rehydrates them beautifully. the sponge cake is very eggy, so if they like the strong odor of flattened eggs in their sponge cake, they will love them! these cakes come simply and without decorations. they don't need one, they come in two sizes. I always get the bigger cake. I can't get enough of them and you're good to share. Otherwise I'll eat all the smaller ones. the Chinese donut is the long roasted salty donut. the inner pockets are ideal for filling with rice or coffee with condensed milk or condensed milk itself. in rice it becomes a drain and gives the smooth and tasty porridge texture. yum! this donut must be eaten on the same day or it is not great on the second day. because it is fried, the donut will be hard and oily on the second day. can be baked and then eat with a porridge, but not so good on the second day. the chewiness is gone. the sesamball came in two taste directions: red buoyant filling black sesame on the outside) or mung buoyant filling white sesame on the outside). both are delicious. wrap is a reisteig similar in the texture to mochi. the flat Sesame Chinese donut is a sweet fried teig. that must also be eaten on the same day. very delicate with a light sweet to teig. large eaten alone or with a cup coffee with condensed milk. yum! Today I wrapped the pork and the sweet rice with pork in bamboo leaves. that wasn't bad. the pork bao has only season pork and swirl in it. in the rule there is half a egg, a piece of black Chinese mushroom, Chinese sausage slice and the spiced ground swarm. this had not the egg, the black Chinese mushroom or the Chinese sausage slice. pork was seasoned with salt and pepper. the teig part was fluffy. they can be frozen and damped before eating. also the wrapped sweet rice and the filling were good. the fat black in the sweet rice made the rice tasteful. also has a piece of Chinese sausage and a salted egg yolk in it. salted eigelb is one of my favorite! they do not keep in such a way that they have to be eaten immediately or at least two days are cooled and steamed before eating. keeping them longer leads to the risk that they will go badly. this bakery also sells great filled sweet rolls. they have lotus seed, taro or mung bud paste in the rolls. large on the purchased day or they can be frozen and damped before consumption."

"Love shopping Taiwanese tee from this place, not the best parking places, but the place is beautiful and quite. in contrast to other tee stations with tons of men waiting in the line. the employees are somewhat consistent with the drink."

"Stumbled on this place while out on a walk, and glad I did! Lots of options, affordable prices, and helpful staff.I tried a matcha donut and bolo bread. The matcha donut was chewy in the right ways, and full of flavor! The bolo bread was light, gently sweet, and a great way to start the day ?"

"Good selection of food. I got the Hainan chicken which took sometime to prepare but it wasn't the best nor was it the worst. Location is great though as it's next to the churro and boba!"

"I was here visiting family and it was one of the few vegetarian places my uncle knew. As such, he took us here during lunch time, but we ordered off of the dinner menu as opposed to the cheaper lunch menu. However, they threw in soup for free, since it was lunch. We didn't know what to get and, quite honestly, out of the three in my party, I was the only one who was hungry. We ended up getting three items: sweet and sour fish with bamboo shoots and random peas, pan-fried tofu with mushrooms, and I forgot the last one but it's some sort of konjac stir-fried with basil. There were also the individual servings of Hot and Sour Soup. The S&S fish was properly tangy. Interestingly enough, at our table, I'm the only one with a taste for sweet and sour so I was the only one that liked it. The konjac was good, as per usual. The pan-fried tofu was an all-around favorite. It was still fairly crispy, depite being drenched in a brown sauce and served on a sizzling hot plate. You also have a choice of brown or white rice. All in all, it reminded me of a vegetarian Chinese restaurant my family is a regular of back in Houston. The dishes were good and moderately priced, depending on what you ordered nothing too salty and everything was well-seasoned within reason. The service was decent; they came by regularly to see if we were ready. The waitresses were also multilingual English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. However, I was under the impression it also catered more towards the non-Asian community, despite the Asian vegetarian menu. Good stuff! Finding a parking spot was almost a nightmare almost. All in all, I rate this a 3.75, so rounded up to a 4.0."
